The present proceedings being original Regular Civil Suit No.96 of 2012 filed before the City Civil Court, Ahmedabad has been transferred by the order passed by the City Civil Court, Ahmedabad under Section 22(4) of the Design Act, 2000 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. Accordingly, the same is numbered as Civil Suit No.4 of 2012.
Mr.
Dhaval Barot, learned advocate has instructions to appear for the defendant. Mr. Barot shall file memo/appearance on behalf of the defendant latest by 16.4.2012. S.O. to 30.4.2012 for hearing of injunction application Exh.5.
