Mr.Nanavati, learned APP for the respondent - State submits that nothing emerges that the applicant - accused applied for any parole leave to the competent authority. The application, therefore, stands disposed of, reserving the liberty of the applicant to make appropriate application for parole leave before the competent authority, and upon receipt of such application, the competent authority shall decide said application in accordance with rules within 10 days from the receipt of said application. Accordingly, the instant application stands disposed of. Registry is directed to communicate this order to the concerned jail authority.
