Heard counsel for the petitioners and Shri Vineet Sankalp learned counsel for the respondent.
By impugned order dated 17.04.2019, the appellate court has rejected the amendment application of the petitioner seeking amendment of the boundaries given in the plaint.
After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to challenge the impugned order along with final order that is passed in appeal.
Accordingly, without examining the validity of the impugned order, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to challenge the impugned order along with final order passed in appeal, in case occasion so arises.
