This writ petition has been filed for issuing mandamus directing Senior Superintendent of Police, Bareilly (respondent-2) and Station House Officer,P.S. Fatehganj Paschimi, district Bareilly(repondent-3) to ensure fair investigation in Case Crime No.0233 of 2018, under Sections 341, 307, 392, 323, 504, and 506, I.P.C. P.S. Fatehganj West, district Bareilly.
It is alleged that the F.I.R. was lodged on 21.4.2018 but the police is not proceeding in the matter.
In the fact of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Bareilly (respondent-2) to ensure a fair and impartial investigation in Case Crime No.0233 of 2018, under Sections 341, 307, 392, 323, 504, and 506, I.P.C. P.S. Fatehganj West, district Bareilly and submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. as early as possible.
