Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 Naib Tehsildar, Kasya, District Kushinagar to decide the case No.T201705446504969 (Pappu Kumar & others vs. Murtaza), under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 as possible as early within a stipulated period."
Petitioner is aggrieved on account of the pendency of his mutation application filed in the year 2017.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 Naib Tehsildar, Kasya, District Kushinagar to endeavour to decide the mutation application of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
