Pankaj vs Mahendrasing

High Court Of Gujarat|06 February, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The present Criminal Miscellaneous Application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been preferred by the applicants-original accused to quash and set aside the impugned criminal complaint, being Criminal Case No. 952/2003 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate First Class, Savli.
2. This matter was notified on board for final hearing on 02/02/2012. On that day, the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants was absent and, therefore, this Court directed to notify the present application for final hearing today. Today also, though the matter is called out twice, on both the occasions, the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants has chosen to remain absent. Hence, dismissed for non-prosecution. Rule is discharged. Ad-interim relief granted earlier, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
