1. The controversy which has erupted relates to the fact that there are two persons with the same name i.e. Pankaj Pandey, who are working on the post of Teachers in the institution governed by Basic Shiksha Parishad. The said discrepancy came to fore when the documents of the petitioner were sought to be uploaded on the web portal and it was discovered that there is another person of the same name, who has also submitted the same details including PAN etc. It is further submitted that on various occasions the petitioner was asked to submit his documents /original documents in this regard so that the same could be verified. Petitioner submits that on 15.6.2021 all his original documents have been submitted but the respondents have not concluded the inquiry due to which petitioner's salary has been stopped.
2. Learned Standing counsel has submitted that the delay is only on account of the petitioner who is not submitting his original documents and consequently inquiry could not be concluded.
3. In view of above, with the consent of the parties, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit his original documents as desired by the respondents within a period of two weeks from today. In case, he submits the original documents as aforesaid, respondent No.2 shall consider and conclude the inquiry within a maximum period of four weeks thereafter after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass final orders and communicate the same to the petitioner.
