Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
This anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant Pankaj Jha in Case Crime No. 0375 of 2021, under sections 406, 409 I.P.C., P.S.- Puranpur, District - Pilibhit.
Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that even though no offence is made out against the applicant he does not want to press the bail application, he has requested for an order to consider the bail application when given on the same day and the application for anticipatory bail may be rejected.
In view of the request made above, Anticipatory Bail Application is rejected as not pressed.
A direction is however given to the court below that in case applicant surrender and give bail application, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously and preferably on the same day in accordance with law.
