Present application has been preferred by the applicants herein claiming to be the heirs and legal representatives of original petitioner Motilal Lallubhai (now deceased) for permitting them to be brought on record as petitioner Nos.1/1 to 1/5 in Civil Revision Application No.177 of 2005 as heirs and legal representatives of the original petitioner.
As the application is within the period of limitation, present application is allowed and prayer in terms of para 6B is hereby granted. Registry is directed to amend the cause title of the main Civil Revision Application accordingly. Rule is made absolute accordingly. No costs.
