This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive “to issue a writ, direction or more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in registering a Crime in F.I.R.No.30/2007, dated 13.3.2007, against the petitioner at the instance of the 2nd respondent U/Ss. 206, 207 and 506 of Indian Penal Code as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and in violation of Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and Section 195(1)(b)(i) of Criminal Procedure Code and consequently set aside the F.I.R. dt. 13.3.2007 of Bucchireddy Palem Police Station, Bucchireddy Palem Mandal, Nellore District.”
At the hearing, Sri M.Ravindra, learned Counsel representing Sri M.Venkatanarayana, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that as the dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.2 was settled out of Court, the Writ Petition is not required to be adjudicated on merits.
Having regard to this submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 06-11-2007, is vacated and WPMP.No.21738 of 2007 and WVMP.No.1168 of 2008 are disposed of as infructuous.
