Read the report dated 8.1.2012 of PSI, Agthala police station, addressed to the learned Public Prosecutor of this Court and heard Mr.Popat, learned advocate for the applicant and Mr.Raval, learned APP for the respondent - State. I have perused the order dated 3.10.2011 passed earlier in this matter. Pursuant to the order dated 3.10.2011, Mr.Popat, learned advocate for the applicant states that the applicant shall co-operate the concerned police machinery to trace out the corpus. Report to be filed on 24.01.2012. The order dated 3.10.2011 passed by this Court shall be appropriately complied with.
