Heard Mr. Ashok Khare, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. Shantanu Khare, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.
R.M. Saggi, learned counsel holding for Mr. Pramod Kumar Rai, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.
The petitioner challenges the following communication dated 27.2.2018 issued by the respondent-Oil Corporation:
"2. We regret to inform you that your candidature has not been found to be eligible for KSK Dealership as sub lease clause was not found available in the lease deed submitted by you for the offered land.
3. In case you have any grievance against the rejection of your candidature as mentioned above, you may make your representation within 10 days from the date of this letter."
Mr. Khare, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already made a representation (Annexure 11) and the petitioner would be satisfied if directions are issued to decide his representation within time frame. Counsel appearing for the respondent-Oil Corporation submits that respondent No.3 shall consider the petitioner's representation and decide the same within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. His statement is recorded and accepted. Petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order alongwith copy of the writ petition and annexures before respondent No. 3 within one week from today. Petition is accordingly disposed of.
