JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking quash of the Impugned order Na.Ka.M.C.No./181/2016/A1 dated 12.12.2016 passed by the 1st Respondent.
2.It is the case of the petitioner that he is the owner of the property in Survey No.42/12, Peyal Village and that the opposite parties, namely, respondents 3 to 10 started interfering with the petitioner's right, on account of which a dispute has arisen. While so, The Revenue Divisional Officer cum Executive Magistrate, Illupur, Pudukottai District has passed an order dated 12.12.2016, calling upon the petitioner and his opposite party not to enter into the land, challenging which, the petitioner is before this Court.
3.Heard R.Murugappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
4.According to the petitioner, he was not heard by the Revenue Divisional Officer/Executive Officer before passing order dated 12.12.2016.
5.Be that as it may, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the Executive Magistrate with an advocate of his choice and present his case. Thereafter, the Executive Magistrate shall pass orders in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to the opposite party. The Executive Magistrate is directed to dispose of the dispute within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
