Mr.K.P.Raval, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent no.1-State, states that today, the Investigating Officer Mr.D.M.Vaghela, Dy.S.P. of Sub-ivision, Mangrol has remained present, who is investigating the matter since 09.04.2012 and he is proceeding with the investigation and some time may be granted, so that the actual status regarding the progress of the investigation can be made known to this Court.
At the same time, Mr.P.B.Barot, learned advocate for the applicant states that the applicant shall cooperate the Investigating Police Officer whenever the cooperation would be asked.
