ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo seeking leave of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition so that an alternative remedy would be pursued. Memo is placed on record.
Leave is accorded and the writ petition stands disposed off as having been withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to pursue an alternative remedy.
