JUDGMENT / ORDER

Challenging the order of conviction and sentence passed in C.A.Nos.10 and 11 of 2009, dated 17.05.2010 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge/Fast Track Court No.III, Thiruvallur reversing the judgment passed in C.C.No.73 of 2005, dated 01.04.2009 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruttani, the present criminal revision has been filed.
2. When the above Criminal Revision Petition was taken up for hearing on 10.02.2017, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pending revision, the petitioner died on 20.06.2014.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has filed a Memo dated 04.02.2017 enclosing a copy of the death certificate dated 17.02.2015
4. Recording the Memo dated 04.02.2017 on the death of the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as abated.
