JUDGMENT / ORDER

R.MAHADEVAN, J.
KM When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the second respondent have filed a memo of compromise entered into between the petitioner and the second respondent, in which it is stated that the matter has been amicably settled between them and hence the present Criminal Original Petition may be permitted to be withdrawn. The said memo of compromise is placed on record.
2.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
