This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court made in W.P.No.15274 of 2006 dated 09.01.2008.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.15274 of 2006 dated 09.01.2008 has been complied with.
3. The above said submission has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, the Contempt Petition is closed.
