This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2. Mr.C. Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, taking notice for the first respondent, submitted that it is nothing but land dispute and upon enquiry, the entire proceedings came to an end by closing the enquiry.
3. Recording the statement of the learned Additonal Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Any other issues, relating to the properties as well as causing forgery, it is for the petitioner to approach appropriate Court. With the above observation, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
