Mr.B.Nambiselvan, learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondicherry), takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.
2. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and pass orders on his representation dated 01.02.2017, with regard to conduct enquiry about the mismangement of Government Fund and also order to investigate about the issuance of false Sports Certificates.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 01.02.2017, the respondents 1 to 3 have not passed any orders so far.

Mr.B.Nambiselvan, learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondicherry) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that pursuant to the representation given by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent had already commenced the enquriy and that the enquriy would be completed within a period of twelve weeks. In these circumstances, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to pass orders on the petitioner's representation, within a time frame.
6. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.02.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to the respondents 5 to 7.
With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of . No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
