List is being revised. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner to press this petition. However, Sri S.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the respondents is present.
Sri Mishra states that all the benefits which were rejected earlier by the order impugned, has been subsequently paid after considering the matter in pursuance to the order of this Court dated 18.02.2010 and in view of this, the cause of action no more survives.
It is however made clear that in case the applicant is aggrieved against any calculation for payment being not fully made, it will be open for him to make such application before appropriate authority, as may be advised.
With the aforesaid observations/ direction the writ petition is dismissed at this stage.
