JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition to direct the respondents 1 to 3 and their subordinates not to harass or humiliate the petitioner.
2. Admittedly, the petitioner is favoured with an order of graning anticipatory bail and the petitioner complied with all the conditions imposed. According to the learned counsel, despite the order of this Court, the respondents are continuously calling the petitioner, which leads to harassment.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on insturctions, submitted, there is no such harassment and the presence of the petitioner is no more required.
2.Recording the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
