The present petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file final report in C.S.R.516/2015.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is pending.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of six weeks from the date R.MAHADEVAN, J., lbm of receipt of copy of this order. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
