JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by S.Manikumar,J) During the course of hearing, Mr.G.Krishnakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner categorically submitted that there is no case of illegal detention by the respondent Nos.2 and 3. Added further, the Police are not allowing the petitioner to see the alleged detenue.
2. Having regard to the above submission, writ of Habeas Corpus Petition would not lie. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
