The Tribunal on page 20 has observed as under:

"...

That even in the insurance policy, Ex. 51 considering the annexure in IMT-14(b), the insuance company has undertaken to indemnify the insured against his legal liability in respect of death or bodily injuries to any person not being an employee of the insured nor carried for hire or reward provided the person is the owner or representative of the owner of the goods...."

With a view to enable Mr. Shah to go through Ex. 51, he requests for time. List on 23.03.2012.
