JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rule returnable on 09.05.2011.
Ad-interim relief in terms of para3[A] on condition that the applicant-Insurance Company deposits the entire decretal amount with the Tribunal concerned before the returnable date. On such deposit being made, the Tribunal concerned is directed to invest the decretal amount in Fixed Deposit with any nationalized Bank on long term basis. The quarterly interest accruing on such deposit shall be paid to the original claimants on regular basis. Orders regarding disbursement shall be passed on the next date of hearing.
