First Appeal No. 1756 of 2012 Learned counsel for the appellant-Insurance Company submits that the deceased has a fixed and regular monthly income by drawing pension, but, at the same time, after her death, the claimants are recipients of family pension.

Considering the above, Admit.

Civil Application No. 6453 of 2012 Rule returnable on 16th August 2012.

Ad-interim relief in terms of paragraph 6(A) on the condition that decretal amount of the judgment and award impugned in this appeal be deposited before the Tribunal within four weeks from today.
