Oriental vs Jiviben

The appellants have filed this appeal challenging the impugned award mainly on two grounds viz. [a] that the death of the deceased was not on account of the alleged accident; and [b] that the Insurance policy was covering only the 3rd party liability and has limited application.

Learned advocate for the appellants is not present when the matter is called out.

In view of the above, post the matter on 20th June, 2012.
