O R D E R Sri. A.M. Venkatesh, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo to dismiss the petition as withdrawn since the award amount has already been deposited before the MACT and the same is also been withdrawn by the claimants.
The said memo is placed on record.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
