Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner claims to be opposite party in the revision filed by the respondent. Only prayer made in the present writ petition is to issue a direction to the Board of Revenue, U.P., Lucknow to expedite the proceeding of Revision No. 1761 (L.R.)/2013-14 (Chitra Gupta vs. Smt. Omwati) in a time bound manner.

Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the present writ petition is being disposed of with the direction to the Board of Revenue, U.P., Lucknow to decide the Revision No. 1761 (L.R.)/2013-14 (Chitra Gupta vs. Smt. Omwati) preferably within a period of three months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order after giving due notice and opportunity to the parties concerned.
