The petitioner has filed this petition against the orders dated 20/22.05.2019 and 12.08.2019 passed by District Supply Officer, Shahjahanpur cancelling the Fair Price Shop of the petitioner.
Learned Standing Counsel states that this order is appealable.
Under such circumstances, petitioner is directed to avail such alternative remedy as might be available to him.
Accordingly this petition is dismissed.
