This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 2.5.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 106 of 2018, under Sections 308, 452, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S.- Narwal, District- Kanpur Nagar.
From the perusal of Annexure No.2, it transpires that the investigation in this matter has been completed and the charge- sheet has been filed against the petitioner.
In view of above, this writ petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.
