Heard Shri Shiv Kumar Singh Rajawat, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for the State - respondents.
The relief, claimed in the writ petition, reads as under:-
"a. Issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the application dated 29.03.2019 moved by the petitioner and other villagers (Anneuxre No. 4 to the writ petition) within the time as specified by this Hon'ble Court;
b. Issue any other writ, order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case.
c. To award the cost of the petition."
From a reading of the prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition, we cannot make out as to what is his grievance.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition seeking specific and clear reliefs, stating his grievance.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
