1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Sri V.C. Tripathi, Advocate, for respondents.
2. This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus commanding Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad (hereinafter referred to as “Tribunal”) to decide petitioner's Original Application (hereinafter referred to as “OA”) No. 330/01028 of 2016 expeditiously.
3. OA is pending since August, 2016 and it is not disputed by learned counsel for petitioner, when questioned, that he has not requested Tribunal to expedite hearing of the matter and instead has rushed to this Court. There is nothing on record to show as to why petitioner's matter should be heard out of turn. Hence, we do not find any material in the present case to show that any such direction should be issued at this stage.
