This matter was in fact being argued for quite some time. Learned counsel Shri Jasani was on his legs to submit rejoinder to the submissions made on behalf of the opponent in the proceeding of Civil Application (OJ) No. 308 of 2014. He submitted that he needs only a day's time to complete the submissions.
for the applicant in Civil Application (OJ) No.203 of 2014 submitted that his file is unfortunately not available with him and he requests for a day's time.
Learned counsel for the Official Liquidator submitted that Official Liquidator Report No.23 of 2013 is for seeking appropriate permission for executing the sale in favour of the purchaser, who has parted with money to the tune of Rs.13.50 Crore way back on 21.07.2005. The possession was handed over to him in the year 2005 itself and, therefore, Court may take appropriate view and at lease call upon the counsels not to seek further adjournment hereafter.
In view thereof, S.O. to 23.04.2015. No further time shall be granted in these matters.
