Dr.Amee Yajnik, learned advocate for the Official Liquidator, prays for permission to join the Secured Creditors of the Company in liquidation as party-respondents.
Permission to do so is granted. The necessary amendments in the cause-title be made on, or before, 06.07.2012. Thereafter, issue Notice to the newly added respondents making them returnable on 24.07.2012.
