The endorsement on the board indicates that notice issued to respondent No.6 has remained unserved, as the office of respondent No.6 has shifted somewhere. By order dated 29-6-2012, this court has directed the learned advocate for the applicant to supply the correct address of respondent No.6 in the Registry within a period of one week from the date of the said order. The Registry has put up a submission dated 5-7-2012 indicating that the correct address of respondent No.6 has not been supplied in the Registry, as on the date of submission.
The learned advocate for the Official Liquidator may do the needful and supply the correct address of respondent No.6 in the Registry on, or before, 6-8-2012. Thereafter, Registry shall issue fresh notice to respondent No.6, making it returnable on 21-8-2012.
