Learned APP Mr. K.L. Pandya wavies service of notice of rule for respondent State.
Counsel for the applicants seek deletion of condition no.2(d) of the bail order dated 25.3.2011 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No. 2872/2011. Such condition reads as under :
"[d] mark their presence before the concerned Police Station on every 1st and 15th day of English Calender month between 11.00 a.m. And 2 p.m . "
Counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicants have scrupulously followed all the conditions. They have no criminal antecedents. Trial have also commenced.
Considering the above facts, said condition is deleted. Rest of the conditions shall remained unaltered.
Application is disposed of. Rule made absolute accordingly.
