Heard Sri Tripurari Pal, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Rishi Chadhdha, learned A.G.A. for the State- respondents.
Learned AGA, on instructions, states that in the matter of impugned first information report no. 177 of 2021 dated 10.6.2021 under Sections 147, 323, 504 IPC and Section 3 (2) (va) and 3 (1) (dha) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, P.S. Saini, District Kaushambi, the police has submitted charge sheet and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case of the petitioners.
