JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.8.2016 for being transferred and accommodated as the Noon Meal Organizer from the Panchayat Union Primary School at Keelamanjamedu Village, Thottiyam Union, Musiri Taluk,Trichy District to the existing vacancy at Government Higher Secondary School at Kattuputhur, Thottiyam Union, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District.
2.Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.Since the Petitioner has not make any claim against the third respondent and passing of this order will not disturb the third respondent or going to be affected the third respondent in any way, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.
4.The case of the Petitioner is that the Petitioner was appointed as Noon Meal Organizer by the second respondent on 6.9.2013 in Government Higher Secondary School and Panchayat Union Primary School at Kattuputhur, Thottiyam Union, Trichy District and then transferred to Panchayat Union Primary School, Keelamanjamedu Village, Thottiyam Taluk, Trichy District and also given additional charge of the earlier school where she employed already and as per G.O.ms.No.11425/NMP/1/90 wherever there is a vacancy arise in the nearby school, presently working in the same union, shall be accommodated in the nearby place on the basis of convenience. Hence the Petitioner has submitted a representation, dated 26.8.2016 seeking transfer to Kattuputhur Higher Secondary School or Kattuputhur Panchayat Union Primary School as Noon Meal Organizer and since the said representation did not evoke any response, the petitioner is before this Court with the relief stated supra.
4. The counsel for the respondents would submit that it is agreeable for the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders thereon.
5.In view of the submission, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.8.2016 and to pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date on which a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment to do so.
6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
