This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging that the interim order passed in M.P.(MD) No.1 of 2014 in W.P.(MD) No.3977 of 2014. dated 05.03.2014 has been violated by the respondent mutt.
2.The interim order was an order of injunction not to alter or alienate or encumber the Mutt properties and to demolish and to construct any new building without prior approval or sanction from the first respondent in the writ petition.
3.It appears that there was a function in the Mutt for which a temporary shed was put up and no permanent structure was put up by the respondent. Therefore, this Court finds that there was no willful disobedience of the interim order passed by this Court.
3.Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed..
