Nizamuddin vs State

The applicant has preferred this application grant of appropriate relief as his property was damaged in the riots of 2002 and he has not obtained any relief from the Government.

For the same relief as stated above, the applicant has preferred an application before another Bench which was rejected vide order dated 27.09.2011 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.2522/2011 (Coram : Honourable Mr. Justice Z.K. Saiyed).

Considering the above aspect, and since no convincing ground appears for exercise of powers, this application is rejected.
