Heard Mr.S.V. Raju, learned senior counsel with Mr.A.B. Munshi, learned counsel for the applicant. During the hearing of the present revision application, it seems that certain documents are required to be verified, more particularly Exhibit 40 application, which was produced before the lower Court, is required to be verified, for which Record and Proceedings is necessary.
Hence, office is directed to call for Record and Proceedings of Criminal Case No.9781 of 2010 so as to reach this Court on or before 27th April, 2012 and place the present revision application for hearing on 04th May, 2012. The original Case Dairy is ordered to be kept with this Court in sealed cover.
