JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by T.Mathivanan, J.] Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.
2. At the stage of hearing of this matter, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the detenu has been arrested and remanded on 13.12.2016, in Crime No.23 of 2016, for the offence under Section 380 IPC.
3. Under such circumstance, no further orders are necessary in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Hence, this petition stands closed.
