Learned advocates for the parties have brought to the notice the order passed by the Apex Court in Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) Nos. 34956 and 34957 of 2011 on 11.5.2012, by which, order dated 7.5.2012 of directing to send the child to a boarding school is ordered to be stayed.
In consonance with what is recorded in the order dated 11.5.2012 by the Apex Court, learned advocates for the parties to make efforts to see that the mother can have visiting right towards his child.
Parties to explore the efforts to see that child meets or visits his mother alteast once in a fortnight for few hours.
