Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This petition has been filed under Article 227 of the constitution of India praying for early conclusion of the proceedings of SCC Suit No.26 of 2012 (M/s Nishyam Hotels Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Ajay Soni) pending in the court of Judge, Small Causes Court, District Meeut.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the defendant's evidence is continuing since year 2013 and has not been concluded till date. The petitioner is the landlord of the premises in dispute.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed of directing the court aforesaid to decide the Suit No.26 of 2012 (M/s Nishyam Hotels Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Ajay Soni) within a period of six months from the date of filing copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court by the petitioner.
