1. Sri Dhananjay Awasthi, learned counsel appearing for Respondents-2 and 3, on instruction, submits that in case petitioner approaches by way of an application for ventilation of his grievance within a week from today before Respondent- 3, the same shall be decided within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of application and communicated to petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for petitioner has no objection if the writ petition is decided in terms of above statement.
3. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the statement given by learned counsel appearing for Respondents-2 and 3.
