Nirvan vs State

The applicant has preferred this application with a grievance that the opinion of the police has not yet been received in regard to his application for furlough.

At this juncture, learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. L.B. Dabhi on instructions submits that as soon as the authority receives the Report, the competent authority will decide the application for furlough preferred by the convict prisoner.

In view of the above, this application stands disposed of.
