Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
The writ court vide order dated 13.09.2018 directed the opposite party to consider the claim of the applicant for allotment of a Government accommodation.
Pursuant thereof, vide order dated 02.11.2018, the opposite party has allotted the applicant accommodation no. Type-II, No. 1, Block-E.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that till date possession has not been given of the said accommodation.
On specific query, learned counsel for the applicant is unable to inform the Court as to whether the retired employee residing in the accommodation has vacated the premises.
In view thereof, the contempt petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to pursue the matter before the opposite party.
