This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders this day, the Court made the following;
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that as per the order passed by the Executing Court in Ex.Pn.1334/2017, the petitioners herein have delivered the vacant possession of the schedule premises. In view of the same, petition does not survive for consideration.
2. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, memo is placed on record. The civil revision petition is dismissed as the same has become infructuous.
3. In view of dismissal of the petition, I.A.Nos.1/2017 and 2/2017 do not survive for consideration and the same stands rejected.
